According to the market intelligence company Sensor Tower, the application of Apple Store has begun to increase dramatically each month since the smart coding tool was mainstreamed in 2025. In January, the United States market for iOS posted 54.8 per cent over the same period, and last December saw the highest rate of 56 per cent in the past four years. It is not clear how much of the new release applications have benefited from the “climate code”.

A programmer posted at the Reddit Forum that the waiting period for the Apple Shop to be audited had become longer. The atmosphere coder, James Stemberg, thinks that the app store is “filled with people like me who submit applications”. He’s been waiting six weeks for the app to go online, and two to seven days for every update. “The most time-consuming link is now the Apple Shop, not the development of applications or marketing”. Apple responded that, although the review cycle had been extended, 90 per cent of the submissions had been completed within 48 hours. Over the past 12 weeks, apples have processed, on average, applications for over 200,000 applications per week for an average of 1.5 days. Apple shows pleasure in seeing developers actively submit applications.
The IOS programming forum also has developers who complain that the time for review is longer than before. There is concern among Reddit users that the processing of apples may become more stringent in order to prevent the use of atmosphere codes and the flow of AI waste content to consumers. The frustration of the developers coincided with the emergence of a large number of career environment coders. Some platforms, such as Loveable, have issued the posts of professional culture coders. Forester analyst Chatterjee predicts that apples tend to be cautious when auditing applications. More stringent processes may discourage developers, but reduce the spread of AI waste content. However, he believed that apples would soon require a longer-term solution. “This is not a problem that apples can solve by refusing to apply. With the acceleration of AI application development, the company must move from manual to a scaling strategy.”
