The Jiwon robot received the same share of Kyodong technology and increased its registered capital to $8,2667,000.

According to AEC and several media reports, business changes have occurred in Shanghai Zhimoto New Creative Technologies Ltd., Inc., a company linked to intellectual robotics, with the addition of Kyoto Technological and Information Technology Ltd. and Shanghai’s Intelligence and Enterprise Investment Partnership (limited partnership) as shareholders, while the registered capital increased from RMB 8045.82 million to RMB 82,667 million, an increase of approximately RMB 2,178.5 million, or 2.7 per cent.

Founded in February 2023 and based in Shanghai, the Jiwon robot is a high-tech enterprise that focuses on the development of equipment-smart and human-shaped robots. The founding team consisted of many Chinese executive front lines, technical background, etc., and core operations involved human robots, intelligent manufacturing and AI-driven automated solutions.

As a technology block under the Kyoto Group, Kyoto Science and Technology has a leading advantage in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, large data and intelligent supply chains, and its inclusion not only provides financial support for intellectual technology, but may also provide resources such as technology harmonization, supply chain integration and market access. Shanghai ‘ s intellectually entrepreneurship investment in business has further strengthened Ji-won ‘ s position in the Shanghai indigenous innovation ecology.

The rapid rise of intellectual robots in just two years has focused their technological development on robotic automation, motor control and multimodular artificial intelligence interactions, with potential applications such as industrial manufacturing, medical services and family assistants. In addition, it was reported that the Jiwon robot had previously recruited securities managers, suggesting that it might prepare plans for further financing in the future.

The input of Kyoto technology has opened up more possibilities for intellectual robots to work together on the AI application of intelligent logistics robots or retail scenes, and to use the vast network of electricians and logistics in Kyoto to accelerate the commercialization of Jiwon products.
